Request/Borrowing Agreement:
Please read the requirements for borrowing from the Oregon State Library. We will process the request only if it meets one or more of the following criteria:
  • The request is state agency approved business.
  • The request is for state agency approved training or course work material.
  • The request is for state agency approved professional development material. (Please note that this service is not intended to replace library services provided through enrollment at higher education institutions.)

Requesting materials from the State Library:
  • Oregon State Agency employees who are registered with the State Library may make requests through this form.
  • Any resident of Oregon may borrow materials in person at the Oregon State Library.
  • Other requests for materials should be made through your local library
